Trials, payments, and cancellation.
When am I charged for a subscription?
An eligible first web subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual plan is charged and renews automatically. A previous trial does not restart when you subscribe again.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancellation turns off the next renewal. You keep access through the end of your trial or paid billing period. Cancelling a paid annual plan does not automatically refund the payment; access continues until the annual period ends. Refund requests are handled separately under our Terms and applicable law.
Will changing plans preserve my free trial?
A plan change in the web billing portal can end your trial and charge for the new plan immediately. Review the amount and effective date shown by Stripe before confirming a change.
How does lifetime membership work?
Lifetime membership is one payment for access without subscription renewals. It is charged at checkout and does not include a free trial. Upgrading does not automatically refund or credit an unused subscription period; future web subscription renewals are stopped after the lifetime payment succeeds.
Is there a daily photo limit?
An active membership includes up to 10 photo analyses per day. Food search, barcode logging, saved meals, recipes, grocery lists, and workout tracking are also included.
